Since 1996 Adam Zítek has been practising law as an attorney specialising in real property law. He is also active in academia. He taught private law at the University of West Bohemia and University of Finance and Administration; he now teaches at Ústav práva a právní vědy o.p.s. Adam Zítek was a member of the Committee for Flat Law of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. At the same time, he has been giving lectures under several renowned education agencies. Adam Zítek has been publicising in professional legal periodicals; he is the author and co-author of several books and university textbooks.
